This policy explains what AskNex collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account data: email address, display name, language, time zone and a password hash. Content you create and the answers respondents submit. Technical data such as IP address, browser type and session times, used for security.
Why we use it
To run your account and workspaces, deliver tests and surveys, keep the service secure and answer support requests. We don't sell personal data and don't use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use only necessary cookies: one keeps you signed in, one protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and one remembers your language. There are no tracking cookies.
Support access
Staff can open your account only for a specific support ticket, with your approval where required and for a limited time. Every action is recorded in an audit log.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete it, personal data is anonymised straight away and remaining content is purged after a short retention period. Backups expire on a rolling schedule.
Your rights
You can see and correct your data in settings or delete your account. Under the GDPR you may also ask for access, a copy, restriction or objection by writing to privacy@asknex.dev.
