Your account

You need a valid email address and a strong password. Keep your credentials private and turn on two-step verification if you can. You are responsible for activity in your account.

Accounts are for people aged 16 and over, or younger with permission from a parent or school.

Your content

You own the tests, surveys and other content you create, and the answers you collect. You allow us to store, process and display them only to run the service for you.

You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload and for telling respondents how their answers will be used.

Acceptable use

Don't use AskNex to break the law, collect data you aren't allowed to collect, send spam, harass people or attack the service. We may suspend accounts that do, and such actions are recorded in an audit log.

Plans and payment

AskNex is free during launch. If paid plans are introduced, prices and terms will be shown before you pay, and nothing will be charged without your explicit confirmation.

Availability and changes

We work to keep AskNex available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. Features may change; material changes to these terms are announced in advance.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in settings. We may close accounts that break these terms. After deletion, personal data is removed as described in the privacy policy.
